Booking Basics

Session Length: Standard appointments are 50 minutes.

Continuity: We recommend booking your first 6 sessions in advance via the portal to secure a time that works best for your schedule.

Logins: Please keep your portal login details handy, as this is the quickest way to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Investment & Fees

Initial Individual Session: $350 (includes review of intake and preparation).

Subsequent Sessions: $250.

NDIS, WorkCover & Insurance: Initial sessions are charged at 2 hours - 1 hour for the session and 1 hour for treatment planning. Subsequent sessions are charged at the recommended industry rate.
Changes and Cancellations
We value your time and ours. If you need to change your appointment, please do so via the portal.

Notice Period: We require 3 business days’ notice for cancellations.

Late Changes: Please contact us directly at hello@freshair.net.au for cancellations within the 3-day window.

Fees: Cancellation fees apply for late changes as per our Service Policies.

Select Register (top right corner) and fill in your details.

Verify your email to activate your account.

Once logged in, you can view available times and book your first session instantly.
