About
Klynton Kelly-Bolt
Psychologist
Welcome! My name is Klynton. I am a fully registered general psychologist. I have an extensive history working in education and counselling.
If I can start by being completely honest, this picture of me is not current. If you think you may be able to handle having some real conversations with someone who looks slightly older and way less airbrushed than how I look in this photograph, then you may be on the right track to finding the right psychologist for you, your relationship, your child, your workplace or your colleague.
It is important to know that you and your psychologist need to fit like Cinderella's shoe, or like a pair of good work boots. This means, when you consult with a psychologist, it should feel like a good fit - comfortable and safe. I believe psychology is just one of the wonderful approaches to life that can help us all live and work well. I look forward to meeting you!

The Impact of Family Relation
The importance of family in psychology is profound, as family shapes who we are, how we relate to others, and how we navigate the world emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
In psychology, the idea of family isn't limited to biology. Instead, it's viewed more broadly as the close emotional bonds and social units that nurture and support us.
How family members interact deeply affects mental health, development, and interpersonal skills.
